Kirk Medeiros

Thinking back on how I started brewing. I received a Homebrew Kit as a gift from my wife Lee Ann in August 1995. It came with a couple of 5gl. buckets, a carboy, a book “THE COMPLETE JOY OF HOME BREWING Book (Papazian)” and accessories (that is a great book for anyone starting out). For the people wanting to get started Home Brewing get a bottle of the anti foam, I didn’t have any with my 1st brew on the kitchen stove (the wife was not too happy with the boil over) hehehe. After brewing a few extract kits I started looking into designing and building an all-grain system. That all-grain system lasted me up to the point we (Tim, Bob, Kevin and myself) started Craft Brewing Company. I have a lot of great memories brewing on my system. It was great sharing my home brew with friends, friends of friends and family. I look forward to my journey brewing Craft Beers with three great partners (Tim Reagan, Bob Thompson and Kevin Carroll).

Tim Reagan

Tim has been brewing beer for the past 4 years. Although new to brewing beer, he has been making wine for many years and had a basic knowledge of fermentation and sanitary skills, making the transition into brewing not that difficult. Tim spent 30 plus years working in the data automation industry. Enough time in that one industry he decided that it was time for a completely different path. So, brewing became a passion for him. Being one that approaches everything with borderline obsession, brewing was no exception.

Bob Thompson

Bob has be brewing for over 20 years. He has won multiple awards as well several national medal including gold medals from national homebrew competition.
